Intelisys Communications is founded in California by Rick Dellar and Rick Sheldon, with $6000.
First employee, Nichole Francois, is hired.
Intelisys headquarters moves to Petaluma, CA, in the heart of the “Telecom Valley.”
Dot Com turns Dot Bomb, as hundreds of technology companies, particularly start-ups in California’s Silicon Valley, go belly up. Intelisys experiences unprecedented growth as more telecom sales professionals transition to independent Agents, as a result.
Intelisys engages Vantage Point Partners to develop a growth strategy and begins hiring a professional management team.
“Project Ritz,” a Partner focus group study led by Carol Beering, is launched, resulting in a dedicated focus on the channel’s top producing and top performing Agents.
Intelisys acquires Resource Communications and brings on Audex creator Dana Topping as co-owner.
As the formal executive team implementation reaches its culmination, Jay Bradley accepts a promotion to company President.
The Partner Investment Program is launched, providing financial capital to Sales Partners, secured by existing or future commissions.
Intelisys invests in cloud technology, acquiring the Cloud Services Coalition and bringing on its founder, Andrew Pryfogle, as Senior Vice President.
Following the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition, Intelisys Cloud Services University (iCSU) is launched – the first cloud-based certification and training program for channel sales professionals.
Intelisys allocates $2 million to fund the Advanced Commissions Program, enabling VARs, MSPs and IT Solution Providers to secure up-front capital before moving to a recurring revenue model.
Intelisys celebrates its 20-year anniversary.
The Drive for 5! incentive program begins, promising $1 million to the first Sales Partner to achieve $5 million in monthly recurring revenue.
Intelisys exceeds $100 million in revenue.
Intelisys expands to Europe with Intelisys Global.
